		<description>Well - it's not a question of unfamiliarity of how a GPL license works ;-)

I’m running my blog on Wordpress.com (the service) and I’m not hosting the Wordpress.org software on own server.

But – anyway, the wordpress.com service does not default support .docx nor .zip files for upload.

So the idea of wordpress.com as "a service" and wordpress.org as "a GPL software" is different. :-)</description>
